Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide to provide individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. You will report health-status changes to the clinical team and engage with residents and their families in a compassionate, impactful manner.

Opportunities for ongoing education, staff meetings, and learning experiences are available. Must hold Indiana QMA certification, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills to deliver dignified care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must hold QMA certification in Indiana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
