Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Monticello, IN is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to administer prescribed medications under supervision and assist residents with daily living activities. You will follow the five rights of medication administration and document charting as directed by nursing leadership.

The position requires state certification as QMA/CMA, and CNA certification in good standing, with 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) by the state and maintain a CNA certification in good standing.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration within scope of role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medication per company policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
