Qualifications

• Certified as QMA in Indiana with active CNA certification as required by state regulations.
• Committed to medication safety and accuracy in daily care.
• Demonstrates compassion and professionalism when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer non-parenteral medications and treatments per physician orders and state scope.
• Observe and report adverse reactions or changes to nursing leadership.
• Administer PRN medications and document outcomes.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and care documentation in EMR.
• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, ADLs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and ROM per care plan.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly and compassionately.
• Support meal service, assist with feeding, and monitor nutrition.
• Perform restorative nursing and follow-up care as directed.
• Maintain rooms and equipment clean and safe, adhering to infection control.
• Night Shift: 7p-7:30a; Full-Time 24-38hrs, Part-Time 12-25hrs weekly.
