Qualifications

• Must have current CNA Certification and QMA Certification.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures.
• Ability to follow safety techniques and document accurately.
• Excellent communication and compassion for elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications with safety techniques under supervision.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and document MAR.
• Observe for adverse drug reactions and report to nurse.
• Safely lift/move residents and assist with transfers.
• Maintain accurate medication records and approvals.
