Gardant Management Solutions is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide to provide individualized resident care in alignment with care plans. You will report health changes to the clinical team and engage with residents and families in a compassionate manner, helping to create a positive, lasting experience.

Opportunity for ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other educational activities while upholding strict confidentiality and privacy standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• QMA certification in Indiana required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars and staff meetings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules regarding resident information.
