Gardant-Management-Solution seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide individualized resident care per care plans in Indiana. You will report health changes to the clinical team and connect with residents and their families with compassion and dignity.

You will participate in ongoing training, maintain confidentiality, and perform other duties as assigned while supporting a respectful and loving care environment.

Competenze

• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of QMA program in Indiana.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
