Job summary

Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation for our residents in Mountain View, Washington. You will assist the Physical Therapist, deliver therapy interventions, and monitor progress to help achieve resident goals.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy interventions and exercises to residents.
• Monitor, document, and report resident progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on proper use of equipment and at-home exercises.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.
