Job summary

Magnolia Home Health in Granbury, TX is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time per-visit position. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver patient-centered care in home settings, following each patient’s plan of care.

Responsibilities include administering manual exercises, assisting with activities, documenting progress, participating in team meetings, and traveling to patient homes as needed.

Qualifications

• PTA graduate from an accredited program.
• Two years PTA experience within the last five years.
• CPR certification and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-supervised physical therapy per plan of care.
• Perform planned services under the Physical Therapist to meet patient goals.
• Update client progress in case conferences and team meetings.
• Complete timely documentation per Agency policy.
