City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles. Compensation ranges from $60–$63+ per hour, DOE. The in-house rehabilitation team collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy professionals to enhance resident mobility and independence.

We welcome new graduates and provide onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing clinical support in a modern therapy environment with an emphasis on resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility.
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy professionals, and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, safety strategies, and fall prevention.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge planning.
