City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. The role supports residents' recovery with skilled treatments, under mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

We welcome both experienced PTAs and new graduates. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available with flexible scheduling in a collaborative setting that values resident-centered care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current California PTA license or eligibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for rehabilitation and resident-centered care.
• Positive attitude and collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the therapy team.
• Document treatments and resident outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team to provide resident-centered care.
• Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional approach with residents, families, and team members.
