Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete and thorough evaluations of patients' mobility and impairments.
• Develop comprehensive plans of care with measurable goals.
• Plan and implement treatment activities to improve impairments and limitations.
• Reassess progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Provide discharge planning and patient/family education, including home programs.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
