Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic nursing care duties under supervision and provide comfort to patients.
• Take and chart vital signs, monitor patient condition, and document observations.
• Engage patients therapeutically and assist with activities and daily routines.
• Attend shift reports and ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene and departmental procedures; operate within policies.
