Job summary

Christian Living Communities (CLC) is seeking a compassionate Assisted Living Personal Care Partner II (QMAP) for Cappella Pueblo West. This PRN role covers shifts to support residents with daily care and medication assistance, emphasizing dignity and safety.

You will help with bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and medication administration, documenting accurately and ensuring residents receive meds on time. Multitasking and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Medication certification is required by program rules.
• QMAP-A/L or Med Tech/Med Aide credentials enhance eligibility.
• Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care (bathing, dressing, meals, laundry).
• Support medications following procedures, document accurately, ensure correct timing.
• Communicate changes in resident needs with team and families as appropriate.
• Provide respectful, person-centered care to residents and their families.
