Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1 year dietary experience in hospital, SNF, or related medical facility preferred.
• Ability to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner following dietary restrictions.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure sanitation and hygienic methods are followed.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance at all times.
