Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking a Private Duty Caregiver to support elderly and vulnerable clients in the Northeast Tennessee area. You will perform ADL assistance, meal prep, medication help, light housekeeping and transportation while maintaining client dignity and safety.

Roles require reliable transportation, strong communication, and adherence to company policies. Training follows the Avenues Home Care Way, with shifts including full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

Qualifications

• Good communication with clients and team.
• Ability to follow verbal and written assignments.
• Proficiency with Homecare Management System—ClearCare.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living as per plan of care.
• Provide medication assistance, housekeeping, meals, transportation and companionship.
• Report daily activity to supervisor and logs.
