Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee seeks a dedicated Caregiver to support elderly and disabled clients across Northeast Tennessee, including Bristol. You will perform ADLs, assist with medications, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping and transportation.

The role requires compassionate communication, reliability, and discretion with HIPAA. You must lift up to 50 pounds, follow care plans, report daily activities, and participate in required trainings.

Qualifications

• ClearCare proficiency is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living as per care plans.
• Provide medication assistance and light housekeeping.
• Report daily activities to supervisor via agency system and logs.
• Perform other duties per client plan and agency policies.
