Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is hiring an experienced private duty caregiver in Brentwood, TN. You will provide one-on-one care for a single client, totaling 36 hours weekly on a Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, ASAP start.

The role emphasizes companionship, safety, mobility assistance, personal care, and adherence to the client’s care plan, with a focus on consistent engagement and reliable presence throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to consistently arrive on time for a 7:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and active engagement with the client throughout the shift.
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and safety as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintain notes and documentation through agency systems and report changes promptly.
• Ensure personal care, meal preparation, hydration, and routine maintenance are performed with dignity and privacy.
• Remain awake, engaged, and professional for the entire 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift.
