MedLead Careers LLC is seeking a reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a multi-specialty practice in Monroe, NY. The role supports the Primary Care Department and offers full-time hours in a team-based outpatient setting.

The RN will perform patient assessments, support telehealth triage, education, and coordination of care, while collaborating with providers and staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York State.
• Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient practice preferred.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and EHR knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in a primary care outpatient setting.
• Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and clinical documentation.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures as needed.
• Administer medications and injections per provider orders.
• Support telephone triage and patient follow-up.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines.
