Zohorecruit in Monroe, NY is seeking a reliable RN to join our multi-specialty practice in Monroe. This full-time role supports the Primary Care Department and is ideal for a nurse committed to high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.

You will work closely with providers and staff to support day-to-day patient care, assessments, triage, education, treatment coordination, and other clinical duties in the primary care setting.

Formación

• Active NY RN license
• Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient practice preferred
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and EHR knowledge preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in a primary care outpatient setting
• Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and clinical documentation
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures as needed
