Job summary

MedLead Careers LLC seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Monroe, NY. This full-time role targets a provider with a strong background in primary care/family medicine who is passionate about high-quality patient care.

You will deliver comprehensive primary care, manage conditions, and collaborate with a team of clinicians in a fast-paced setting. Requires NY licensure and relevant certification.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York.
• National certification as applicable.
• Strong experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to adult and/or pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams, preventive care visits, and routine follow-ups.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the clinic.
