Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide administrative and clinical support in a fast-paced primary care setting in Columbus, OH. The role is full-time with benefits eligibility and a Monday–Thursday schedule, plus Friday hours.

The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, provide patient triage by phone, and educate patients while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN licensure required.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment and develop plan of care with clinical team.
• Administer medications, injections, and routine procedures.
• Provide medical triage via telephone to patients.
• Deliver patient education and counseling to patients and families.
• Collaborate with care team to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
• Promote confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
• Document findings and test results in EHR systems.
