Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify resident care requirements by establishing rapport with residents and care team.
• Monitor and chart health information, including medication administration and staff oversight.
• Provide emotional, psychological and spiritual support to residents and families.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions and self-care.
