Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and chart information, including medications, and supervise staff as assigned.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and families.
• Promote residents' independence by teaching care goals and self-care skills.
• Ensure quality of care by measuring outcomes against goals and standards.
