Cambridge, MA • Mount Auburn Hospital • Full-time • Day Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate referred patients and develop personalized treatment plans. You will administer therapies, monitor progress, and coordinate care with families and physicians to ensure quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with MA licensure, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and patient-focused care in a hospital

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time management to independently manage patient caseload
• Ability to attend to detail more than 70% of the work time

Responsabilités

• Evaluate referred patients for age-appropriate behavior, motor skills and physiological norms.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with patient/family and physician.
• Administer therapeutic techniques and monitor patient response, adjusting as needed.
• Coordinate care with patient, family, physician, staff and other facilities.
• Supervise PT assistants, aides, students and volunteers as assigned.
• Maintain accurate documentation for patient care and billing.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through CE and literature.
