Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Kansas

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized physical therapy programs for residents
• Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify areas of concern and develop treatment plans
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address resident needs and goals
• Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure collaborative care
• Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with industry standards
