Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of residents' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Implement physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor and document residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
