Job summary

Tarboro Health and Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will develop personalized treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to restore mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Current, active NC Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT or Master’s).
• SNF/geriatric care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans for residents addressing impairments and mobility.
• Administer PT treatments to regain strength and independence.
• Monitor and document progress, adjust plans as needed.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OT, and SLP for holistic care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
