Job summary

Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The PT will evaluate and treat residents, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to improve mobility and independence.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a pay rate of $60-$65 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Experience evaluating and treating residents.
• Ability to supervise PTAs and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled PT services and monitor progress toward goals.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in resident care.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per policies.

Current Physical Therapist license- California
