Job summary

Qualifications

• One year phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Collect specimens according to established procedures and ensure proper processing.
• Identify patients accurately and match identity with the correct service.
• Enter data and process specimens per test orders.
• Handle clerical duties such as inventory, stocking supplies, and answering phones.
• Troubleshoot problems promptly.
• Perform duties as assigned.
