Mercy Health is seeking a Phlebotomist for the St. Charles Mercy Outpatient Pharmacy. You will draw blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and handle clerical tasks to keep the department running smoothly.

Responsibilities include order entry, result look-up, report generation, and answering calls with professionalism. High school degree or GED required; phlebotomist certification preferred but not required; travel to off-site locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school degree or GED.
• Phlebotomy experience or certification preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in retail or service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Complete clerical duties and data entry for test orders.
• Answer internal/external calls in a friendly and helpful manner and perform order entry, result look-up, and report generation.
