Job summary

Midland Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a full-time position in Oakland Park, FL. The hours are Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, specifically in providing support for individuals affected by HIV, Hepatitis C, and STIs. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate patient information, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and must be 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of experience in pharmacy practice or health care setting.
• Must be able to pass a Level I Background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls to customers ensuring high customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve queries regarding pharmacy services.
• Accurately enter and maintain patient records following HIPAA regulations.
