Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service in stores. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and help manage workflow across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and patient interactions while upholding legal and company standards.

This full-time role in a retail setting requires state licensure/certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• If state board has no minimum age, candidate must be at least 16.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Assist pharmacists with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across workflow areas.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team; support immunizations where allowed.
