Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams across the store, ensuring safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and high-quality patient care. You will help with immunizations where allowed, work within SOPs, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient pharmacy experience.

The role requires state licensure/certification, compliance with board regulations, and a willingness to travel within the market stores as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to ensure patient safety and accurate dispensing.
• Assist pharmacists in safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and customer care.
• Greet patients with empathy, support immunizations and other services as permitted by law.
• Maintain inventory activities and assist with returns-to-stocks and cycle counts.
