Gateway Services is seeking an Operational Team Member in Las Cruces, NM. This on-site, full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm, with a compensation of $19-$21 per hour DOE. We offer an industry-leading benefits package and comprehensive training for all new hires.

You will contribute to compassionate pet aftercare services, handling cremation processes, memorial products, and daily production tasks while ensuring safety and quality in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No previous industry experience required; training provided.
• On-site role with full-time schedule Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm.
• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle when needed.
