Qualifications

• TB test within 90 days of start required.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.
• Physical capability to perform all job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Attend to personal care activities (bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, dressing).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Report any abnormal findings to the office.
