Salus Homecare - Los Angeles is seeking Personal Care Assistants/Caregivers to fill multiple shifts across the South Bay, including Torrance and neighboring cities. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, and mobility support for clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) required in CA.
• TB test within 90 days of start.
• Able to legally work in the USA.
• Physical capability to perform all job functions.
• Valid driver license and auto insurance if driving with clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a companion to clients
• Arrive to clients' homes in a timely manner
• Assist with personal care activities (bathing, oral hygiene, meals, dressing, ambulation)
• Transport clients to appointments/errands/activities
• Turn/reposition patients in beds chairs
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to client needs
• Maintain confidentiality of client information per HIPAA standards
• Notify office of abnormal findings or conditions
• Represent the company with a positive image at all times
