Job summary

Hireology is seeking Personal Care Assistant/Caregivers to fill multiple shifts in the South Bay area, including Torrance, Long Beach, Cerritos, and surrounding cities. You will provide companionship, assist with daily care, and transport clients as needed.

Part-time and full-time options are available with pay rates of $20.00–$23.00 for some shifts and $19.00–$20.00 for others. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid training, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• HCA certification required; CA State registration for Personal Attendant and Livescan process.
• TB test within 90 days of start date.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
• Physical ability to perform all job functions; safe driving if transporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a companion to clients in their homes.
• Arrive to clients' homes on time for each shift.
• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, meals, dressing, and ambulation.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Turn, reposition, and move patients between beds, wheelchairs, and seats.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information per HIPAA standards.
• Report any abnormal findings to the office promptly.
• Represent the company with a positive image at all times.
