Job summary

Hireology is seeking Personal Care Assistant/Caregivers to cover mornings, weekends and overnights across South Bay including Torrance, Long Beach, Carson, Rancho Palos Verdes, San Pedro and Manhattan Beach. The role offers part-time and full-time shifts with competitive pay and flexible hours.

Qualifications

Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) required by CA state.
TB Test within 90 days of start.
Ability to work legally in the USA.
Physical capability to perform all job functions.
Safe driving record and valid auto insurance if you will be driving with clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as a companion to clients.
Arrives to clients' home on a timely manner.
Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparations and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation and other activities as needed.
Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
Turning, repositioning and move patients between beds, wheelchairs and seats.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of the client.
Maintains confidentiality of all clients' information according to HIPPA standards.
Notifies the office of any abnormal findings or conditions.
Represents the company with a positive image at all times.
