Job summary

Greenbrier of Fairmont is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities, promoting dignity and independence. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and help residents stay engaged in community activities while following infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved PCA, CNA, or caregiver training program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meal preparation, feeding, hydration, and personal hygiene.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
• Foster engagement through companionship and social activities while maintaining safety.
