Job summary

Country Time Inn in the United States is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities in a safe, nurturing environment. You will assist with ADLs, meal support, mobility, and promoting independence with empathy and respect.

You will monitor residents' wellbeing, report changes to the nursing team, and help maintain a clean, organized living space while following infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• State-approved PCA/CNA or caregiver training program preferred.
• 1 year in personal care or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Support meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Observe health changes and report to nursing team.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and follow infection control.
