Job summary

Cottages at Palm Springs is seeking Personal Care Assistants to support our residents with daily living activities and overall well-being. You will provide hands-on care in a respectful, dignified manner while closely coordinating with nursing staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid First Aid, and state-relevant CPR/CNA certifications, along with English proficiency. We offer a competitive starting wage and a benefits package including health coverage and 401K.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid First Aid certification is required.
• CPR/CNA and other state certifications may be required per regulations.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and alarms promptly to ensure safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered and shifts communication.
• Follow service plans and coordinate with nursing for condition changes.
• Promote independence and help preserve resident rights.
