Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities in our Senior Living Community. You will provide compassionate care and help residents maintain independence.

The role requires First Aid/CPR certification, completion of a medication course, and proficient English. Training and benefits are offered, including health insurance and an on-site support team.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Participation in medication course required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English for safety and care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Inform supervisor of changes in residents and document observations.
• Follow medication reminders to ensure correct timing and intake.
• Respond to emergency call lights promptly.
• Perform dining room duties and assist with dining needs.
