Sittercity.com is seeking a compassionate caregiver/companion to support my young adult daughter who has developmental delays. The role emphasizes daily exercises, self-help skills, community integration, and engaging companionship in a supportive home environment.

Requires 10-14 hours weekly with Wednesday 8-6, Friday 5-9, and occasional Thursday 8-5 once a month. A high school diploma, age 18+, and a background check are required; prior experience in special needs care is preferred.

• Experience in special needs care or related support role.
• Must pass background screening.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
