Job summary

Sittercity.com is seeking a kind, patient, and dependable individual to provide part-time care and companionship for a 21-year-old daughter with autism in our home. I work from home and will be present during these hours.

Responsibilities include companionship and supervision, assisting with daily living activities, preparing simple meals, and occasional transportation for activities or outings. Schedule is about 15 hours weekly, with Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and possible Friday

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Comfortable around two friendly dogs in a home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supervision in a safe, supportive home environment.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Prepare simple meals and snacks.
• Occasionally provide transportation for activities or outings.
