Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and continuously learn new skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, cooking, and providing personal care.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and company standards.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Compassionate, respectful, and supportive to all individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene, eating).
• Help with mobility around the home and accompany to appointments or activities.
• Plan and prepare meals; assist with serving.
• Complete client shopping or accompany to shops as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide pleasant companionship and report incidents to the office.
