Job summary

A&C Private Home Care is seeking caring Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one home care across Georgia. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and companionship, ensuring comfort and safety for immobile or aging clients.

Training is provided; CPR certification and TB testing are required or will be supported. Flexible schedules, competitive pay, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), life insurance and PTO accompany this meaningful role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification and TB test are required or must be obtained prior to starting.
• Prior home care experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assist with daily activities and mobility.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meals, and errands.
• Engage clients in light activities and companionship.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to supervisor.
• Escort clients to appointments and manage transportation assistance.
