Job summary

A&C Private Home Care in Georgia is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients in need. You will support daily activities, assist with personal hygiene, meal prep, and light housekeeping, while upholding dignity and safety.

Flexible scheduling and training are offered. CPR certification and TB test are preferred or obtainable. Join a team dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care to clients at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to manage and organize clients' routines.
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene, meals, and running errands.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain; TB test required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide immobile, recovering, or frail clients with support, company, and comfort.
• Report changes in client conditions to relevant parties.
• Assist with personal hygiene, including baths, dressing, and brushing teeth.
• Engage clients in activities and monitor wellbeing.
• Perform basic housekeeping, including laundry and meal prep.
• Assist with finances, bills, and errands as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and arrange transportation.
• Provide mobility support with walking aids and wheelchairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
