Job summary

A&C Private Home Care is seeking Personal Care Aides to provide compassionate, one-on-one care for clients across Georgia. You will assist with daily tasks, mobility support and companionship, while maintaining dignity and safety in the home environment.

Role emphasizes training and support, with opportunities to grow in a caring team dedicated to high-quality home care for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and TB test required or willing to obtain/certify before starting.
• Compassionate, reliable caregiver with patient-centered approach.
• Experience in home care is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide immobile or frail clients with support, company and comfort.
• Assist with daily activities including personal hygiene and meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands as needed.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to supervisors.
• Engage clients with activities, accompany to appointments and outings.
