Job summary

Eminence Home Care in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support clients in their homes and in care settings. You will help with daily activities and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Compassionate and caring attitude.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Immunizations up-to-date and negative TB test.
• Ability to work independently with team guidance.
• Strong bedside manner when interacting with health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support mobility and patient transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning).
