Job summary

Eminence Home Care of Maryland is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our compassionate team and support patients in their homes or in appropriate care settings. You will provide direct care, assist with bathing, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, with pay between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills;

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Immunizations up to date and TB test evidence may be required.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Aid mobility and transfer of patients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning).
